Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup and 80% of the fare comes back, the 20% booking fee is kept, or you can take the full amount as a coupon valid 12 months instead. Inside 24 hours nothing is returned, and a booking cannot be changed less than 12 hours ahead.
